The car rental owner works at the airport and also happens to be the owner of the B&B I booked. Very nice person. They informed me about the tunnel fee in advance. The car has only around 1000 miles on it.

The front desk staff was very friendly and patiently explained the contract terms without any upselling. We added an extra driver on the third day, and the charges were reasonable. Truly a reputable international brand.

The Honda HR-V provided by the rental company was excellent, even better than the one I originally booked. It was new and easy to drive. However, the store wasn't open when I arrived at 9 AM, which was a bit concerning. Thankfully, after making a phone call, a staff member quickly came to assist.

No additional charges or pushy sales. You inspect the car yourself, and the credit card is used for tolls and fines. A final statement will be sent later. Very convenient.
