voitures obsolète, le volant était très usé le processus de prise en charge de la voiture très mauvais personnel pas du tout aidant, j'ai du attendre plus d'une heure parce qu'ils ne savaient pas m'expliquer pourquoi je devais payer plus que ce qui était prévu sur mon voucher

La voiture était quasi neuf, facilité pour trouver le point de retrait et de depot

They sold me insurance I never needed or asked for. They called it deposit but never paid the money back. I have private insurance. The affirmed They will pay the money back after dropping off the car. In front of witnesses. It’s a fraud.

Goldcar was fine and very good value for money. However, trying to return the car to the Goldcar desk area was a nightmare! Going round in circles and trying to find access to -2 level was a real challenge! Even having to go the wrong way down at the -2 level in the end! A real hassle when signage contradicts and then disappears not helpful. And time spent at drop-off was mostly trying to find it!

Great prices and easy booking. Very good.

I was charged an additional €36 upon collection and was told that this was taxes that needed to paid which I was not expecting.
