SCAM ARTISTS! Right cars is scamming people with low rates only to charge extra fee upon pick up of the vehicle such as supplemental liability insurance if you don't have 300,000 on your own insurance ( most if not all states only requires 25,000 - 50,000) so why are they asking for 300,000? to obligate you to buy theirs!. to sum it up, will never rent from them again and will do everything I can to steer as many customers away from them as I can.

The windshield wipers were non functional. I was in a rainstorm driving blind. When I called to complain, Right Cars hung up on me and the lady was very rude.

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
