UNITED STATES CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Service was decent overall, nothing to complain about.

Absolutely fantastic experience.

Pretty good overall.

Had a really good experience at this Avis in Fort Lauderdale—staff were super friendly, the line moved quickly, no hard selling and no sneaky extra charges. The whole process was smooth from start to finish!

No pressure to buy extra insurance, the staff were really friendly, and returning the car was super easy.

The new location is pretty spacious and comfortable.

Taxis are crazy expensive here, having a car makes everything so much easier and the price was really good.

Huge thanks, I’m really happy with the 2026 RAV4 Hybrid – super comfortable to drive.

Service was okay overall, nothing particularly good or bad.

Smooth experience with QEEQ

Consistently great service as always! The car was really new, and when the Bluetooth wouldn’t connect, the staff immediately offered to help and patiently set everything up for me.

Really good overall – the car was in great shape and felt pretty new.

Customer service was really nice and helpful

Alamo’s always been solid for me, it’s my go-to every time.

I usually rent from HERTZ, but this time I went with AVIS. Overall the rental was fine and the counter staff didn’t try to upsell anything. The only issue was that the tire pressure warning came on the first day. Thankfully we ran into a kind stranger on the road who had their own inflator and helped us out. The tire didn’t seem punctured, but we couldn’t figure out how to reset the TPMS, so we stayed a bit on edge during the trip and kept checking the tire pressure.

Super happy with everything, big thumbs up!

I've rented with AVIS several times now and it’s always been smooth and hassle-free!

Super efficient, fast, and hassle-free.

Overall pretty good, mainly because the car was very clean and almost brand new.
