One of the Indian staff members did not seem very friendly. When I was picking up the car, I noticed a dent on the gas cap that was not listed on the inspection sheet. I asked him to come outside with me to check it, but he insisted it was impossible and refused to go. I then found another white colleague who came with me, and the Indian staff member even gave me a dirty look.

Car was quite old, not in great condition. battery failed on last day. Great service from the team, they came and jumpstarted the car.

Great services & friendly staff. Helped me much on the booking trouble. will be back

i had an error when booking by system. The customer service offer good solutions, friendly and free of charge fir other booking

The car and the condition is good. But I was abit thrown off by the absurd penalties cos it’s extremely high and unreasonable. And I also don’t like that the insurance add ons are presented last minute and pressured you to take the insurance by scaring you with the penalties

It’s ok
