Absolutely fantastic service

It was okay overall, nothing特别好 or特别差。

They gave us a hatchback Corolla this time, but the mileage was a bit on the high side.

Not many people there, so I got the car super fast~

On the first day, we loaded our luggage into the car and just left it parked in the return lot until the evening, which saved us from paying for parking in downtown Melbourne.

Pretty good overall, but we hit a kangaroo and had to pay upfront for the damages. The claim is still being processed.

Really happy with the whole experience – price was super reasonable, the car was practically brand new, the rental process was really smooth, and there was no hard selling at all.

Pretty happy overall. There was a staff guy patrolling the return area, so I just handed him the keys directly—super convenient.

Because I wasn’t familiar with the roads, I ended up returning the car about 10 minutes late. There was a lady there who helped me a lot with the return, and I’m really grateful to her—she was like an angel to me.

They charged me for 6 liters of fuel even though I picked up and returned the car with a full tank.

Service was great.

Landed around 10 a.m. and found a sign at the counter saying to wait 30 minutes. After quite a while, a staff member finally showed up with a coffee, and by then there were already 4–5 groups in line. Once they actually started working though, the paperwork went through pretty quickly.

Pick-up and return were super easy, no hidden charges at all, no one tried to upsell anything, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
