I got the car with full tank of petrol and been told to return it empty. As written in the rental agreement. However when I returned it, they told me to fill it up because it’s empty. As I was in a hurry to catch the plane, I filled it up quickly just next to the drop off point, but after that checking the agreement I can see it’s stating to return the car with empty tank. Would it be possible to get it refunded?

Their customer service is very poor and they have charged me VAT on the VAT meaning extra $17 and they refused to even listen to their mistake or trying to resolve it, blaming QEEQ for not giving them the correct information and therefor charging me extra for no reason.

Very unhelpfull! had to wait till they got a car in stock!they gave the wrong one at first! The car always had problems starting.... it was an old piece of metal!! i was very disapointed!!!
