We had an amazing experience with this SUV we booked through QEEQ! Picking up at Hobart Airport was super smooth—the staff were really friendly and professional. The car was spotless inside and very roomy, easily fitting four people plus all our luggage. It handled Hobart’s mountain roads like a champ too—climbs were effortless, fuel consumption was great, and it felt stable but still had plenty of power. Returning the car was just as easy and completely stress-free. Overall we were very happy with the whole rental, and the new-user discount was a sweet bonus. Highly recommended!

Rented a car in Spain for a road trip around Europe. When we got to France the car started having issues and couldn’t pick up speed, but at the airport in France they swapped and upgraded our car on the spot. Big international rental chains like this have branches in most European countries, which is honestly super convenient.

Service was really nice when I picked up the car, but the guy at the counter when I returned it was kind of cold and barely responsive. Just be aware they’ll put a deposit on your credit card.

I accidentally brought the wrong documents and didn’t have my actual driver’s license with me, but the front desk staff were super nice and got the manager to review my case on the spot so I could still rent the car. Everything went smoothly and I was really happy with the whole experience.

Pick-up was easy, but I’d booked the return for 2:00 p.m. and when I arrived at 2:05 the office was already closed and no one was there. I had to call and change the drop-off to John Wayne Airport, which cost me an extra 30 minutes.
