Very good experience

- Chose the self-service option, but upon arrival, some booking procedures were still required. - They printed our international driving permit only after a reminder. - They provided a guide to U.S. traffic rules, which is very helpful for newcomers to driving in the U.S. - The provided offline GPS wasn't very useful. - We were pleasantly surprised to find a phone holder in the car, which was brand new and very sturdy. - Picked up the car from a store at the international airport, where they provided free self-service hot water, coffee, tea, and restrooms. However, sometimes there was no staff present, and we had to call them out. - On the last day, they drove us to the airport, and although we waited about half an hour, a staff member later apologized and explained that the shuttle had to refuel, which took some time. The shuttle was very comfortable, highly recommended~ - Overall, I would choose yesaway first for my next self-drive trip abroad.

Satisfied, if you ask the front desk, they will even tell you tips on saving money with your rental.

Friendly service, but a bit slow

They gave me an upgrade, which was great. The Lyft experience to the location was a hassle, but that's an LAX issue. Otherwise, the experience was great.

Like: I like how the shuttle picked you right up from where I was at the airport and drop me right off where I needed to be when leaving
Dislike: I wish the rental car company would offer booster seats for free
