The car was great and the staff that we dealt with were wonderful. My only complaint is that the drop off location for the car in the confirmation email was listed incorrectly (was listed as 7 Sabre Court and should have been 26 Cataline Drive). Other than that, it was a fantastic experience.

Even though the vehicle wasnt the car we booked, it ended up being better as it was more roomy and one of my family members was in a wheelchair so it suited us perfectly. Only thing I didnt like was it was black.

Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap

Like: I thought I was gonna be charged additional costs in renting the car. I was dubious with these sort of online bookings, to the extent that I booked with another company for another road trip just in case this one didn't go well. To my surprise, everything went really well and processes were quick, efficient and hassle-free. Highly recommended, very cheap and affordable.
