Easyrentcars needs to stop doing business with Right Cars -- they are a bad company.

Car was not clean, was loud as if a muffler or tire issue. Address on confirmation email was not exact and office was difficult to find.

Price was good.

This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.

I did not have the opportunity to rent the car, because they never a shuttle to pick up at the airport. When I went to the company the were closed.

they have nt shuttle at 3 am for airport, we walked to hotel for called a taxi

The lady at the reception desk could use some customer service training. Her attitude was poor; she should be made aware that when there is competition, she should be more accommodating to customers.
