Sun pass is not a necessity in Fort Lauderdale, we could have managed without sun pass or could have used our own. But the agent didn’t agree to use our own, and informed that without sun pass we cannot take any highway in FL, that’s a lie.

Never got car, be cause guy at counter lied and said my card got declined. I called my credit card company right in front of him and they said no request was even sent let alone denied. Told him to run it again and he wouldn't. They were mad that I refused all their additional options (charges). They were also rude to me and everyone else that came into their closet of a shop.

Need to be upfront with hidden fee's and required insurance.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
