Difficult experience

The pick up counter staff would nor accept the on line voucher and as I couldn’t print it , it made life very stressful, they managed to print it for me in the end. They said we were upgraded but we think the car given was a downgrade. On returning the car the staff got very rude when I requested some paperwork saying the car was all in order on return

Nous avons reçu un Kia Sorento neuf à la place du Fortuner. Le prise en charge était assez longue à Durban par contre à Johannesburg c’était super Rapide. Il y a un système de télé péage dans la voiture, pas besoin de s’embêter avec la monnaie. Europcar prélève sur la caution le prix des péages.

While booking the car online, the deposit amount was not mentioned as 5USD, where as when we took over the car, the amount blocked on my credit card was around USD700. I believe they should be transparent regarding the deposit amount, during the time of booking online. Also during the hand over of the card, I was not given any document which says that I handed over the car in proper conditions & the fuel tank was full during the hand over. A confirmation document should be given to customer when the car is dropped off.
