Super quick process, really patient staff, and absolutely no hard selling at all.

Absolutely fantastic service

Super fast and efficient.

The staff were really friendly and patient. They answered every question I had and reminded me that I hadn’t bought any extra insurance. They said since I’d already bought it on zuzuche, I was fully covered. Then one of their colleagues walked me to the exit, we checked the car together, they clearly marked every existing issue, asked me to sign, and gave me a copy to keep for the return. After that, I could just drive off with peace of mind.

Barely had to wait in line, everything moved really fast.

Whenever I travel to Europe I always go with EUROPCAR. Their cars are pretty new; the price is a bit higher, but totally worth it.

Everything was great.

Landed around 10 a.m. and found a sign at the counter saying to wait 30 minutes. After quite a while, a staff member finally showed up with a coffee, and by then there were already 4–5 groups in line. Once they actually started working though, the paperwork went through pretty quickly.

Pretty good overall, everything went smoothly.

The staff member who helped me was a lady and she was incredibly careful. She even spotted that I’d typed an extra “i” in my email address and fixed it for me. She also cleared up a wrong message in the QEEQ app about cross-border rentals and overtime service fees, which I really appreciated.

The whole process was really quick and straightforward.

Europcar has always been the benchmark among the big rental companies for me—service is great and definitely better than Sixt. I wanted to drive a BMW, but they said I arrived more than an hour late so they couldn’t hold the X1 and offered an Audi Q3 instead, saying it’d be roomier. When I went to pick it up I realized it really was bigger, and then they actually upgraded me again to a Q5, which was a fantastic surprise. The car was quite new but had lots of scratches, so I took photos of everything. The scratches are most likely because streets and parking garages in major European cities are really narrow. If the car hadn’t had so many marks on it, I’d have given them a perfect score.
