Absolutely love it! The diesel 4WD is amazing to drive, easily hits over 200km/h on Germany's autobahn, and it's super fuel-efficient at just 5.6L per 100km. The space is huge, back seats can even be used as a bed. Handles snow effortlessly, plus it has a seat massage function which makes long trips so comfortable. One tank of fuel covers 1100km!

The car was in great condition, and the staff at the counter were warm and professional.

The Europcar branch at Madrid Atocha train station is located on the basement level and is very noticeable. The service is excellent, and the process of signing the rental agreement and picking up the car is simple and efficient. I rent from them every year when I'm abroad.

The staff at the rental company were easy to communicate with, and both picking up and dropping off the car went smoothly. They said the deposit would be refunded within 5-6 days, but I’m still waiting to see.

Maybe because I didn't purchase full insurance at their office, the staff didn't seem very happy. The car only had half a tank of fuel when I picked it up, and it wasn't cleaned. However, they didn't say anything when I returned the car without a full tank.

The store is right across the street from the airport, just a short walk away, and returning the car is directly on the way to the terminal. The car was almost brand new, with just over 8,000 km on the clock. Thankfully it had built-in GPS, because on the last day, right before returning the car, all our phones lost data for no reason—both China Telecom and China Mobile totally failed us—but in the end everything went smoothly. The car had plenty of power for uphill drives too.
