Easy pick-up and return

Long walk from counter to car but relatively easy. Good service although only a small office so only 1 member of staff at counter. Quick to pick up car once we were seen at the counter.

Cheapest prices around. Good communication via email

The aircon on this c3 zapped the power on the car Had to turn it off to get over mountain Also the car would not fit two large suitcases

Only issue ... selected car was for 7 adults and 4 suitcases as in booking. Car was not as described as it can only take 7 adults and 0 suitcases. The rep at the desk was very unhelpful and was interested even when we have proof.

The car that we received was new and gave excellent service without any issues at all. The ordering of the car was straight forward and welcome advice given throughout the ordering process to include all aspects of the car hire and requirements necessary for the country that we were driving through. At the collection point the staff were very helpful and gave information willingly to include help with our directions. Returning the car agin, was straight forward and quick. The car was checked and a clearance document signed in a matter of minutes and we were on our way. Again, the staff were very freindly and even helped us with our cases.

As our first experience with Easyrentcars.com we found them very professional and very helpful with the information and advice that they provided. The car provided was excellent. It was new and totally free of set backs which made our trip so much more enjoyable and as such, the journey more comfortable and without anxiety.

The car was new with only delivery mileage so couldn't have been better. Staff tried to sell me insurance even though I had already bought some. Not had the deposit back yet so am reviewing on the basis that it comes back ok.

Easy enough to book on line and car was there when it should have been.
