Not the car I booked but suitable alternative. Clean car and good condition. They did take an extra RM 100 deposit which was not expected but this was returned. Lots of scratches and cosmetic damage on the car before handover not all of which were on the handover form. Needed to spend time going through them and filming them as not fully documented on the form and it would be easy for Samavest to say these were caused by me

The car met the general expectations of the user. The customer service was helpful. The pick-up and drop-off of vehicle was smooth and easy.

Easyrentcars.com as a whole provided booking method and options that are user-friendly. Easy to select the location and vehicles as well as easy to book the rental cars.

Like: Smooth handover. Great communication between Akmal and I.
Dislike: The aircon is not very cooling despite blasting them. But its only a minor issue. Other than that, fantastic!

Like: My requested car was Axia and it was upgraded to a Myvii. Eka whom attended to me, was efficient and friendly. There was also water bottles given to us upon receiving the car.
