The shuttle driver was very friendly, punctual, and professional.

The staff were very enthusiastic. I rented a 7-seater but they gave me a 12-seater van, allowing me to experience driving a larger vehicle. They helped me exchange it back to a 7-seater in the evening at the hotel. The car was in great condition. I parked improperly at Eagle Square and got a fine of only 100. The hotel staff told me locals usually get fined 300.

Booked a Toyota Innova for my family off 5 adults and 2 children. Very spacious and car was in good condition. Samavest was very easy and no issues with them.

Got a better price after initial booking through the Price Drop Detector. So easy and convenient. Will use again.

Spacious and petrol saving eventhough we travelled alot. Recommended!

Fast and efficient.

Like: Akmal was so helpful and patient. He had the car organised for pick up (we got lost so it took longer than it should have, no fault of company). Car made our stay so much better. Akmal was wonderful to deal with and a credit to Samavest.
Dislike: Cannot think of any issues we had with the hire of the car. Except when local police hit me with a 200MYR on the spot fine for a genuine boo boo. They also took my drivers licence and passport and threatened to take the hire car if I didn’t pay the 200MYR immediately.
