Easy pick up fast processing time!

Easy- fast to use and no issues so far!

Overall the service of Tamra is good. We didn't encounter any major difficulties during pick-up and drop-off of the car. However, GPS needs to be calibrated as it gave inaccurate info that leaded us wrong locations for a few occasions.

Was a little disaapointed with Easyrentcars' platform as the car's description stated in the portal, it can withholds 4 big luggages but the actual space only allows 2.5 big luggages. Eventually, we had resolved by putting 2 luggages at the passenger' seat.

Didn’t read the fine prints, but I thought I was receiving a full tank car. Received only with quarter in the tank, and told to return it on the same level. The GPS given was in local language and we were not given any instructions on how to use it which I finally figure out on the third day of my rent.

Okay. No price drop was available for me during the booking process. Will try again later.

I booked a Avante and they gave me a K3 which was nice. As I do not speak Korean, the in charge guy came to me and settled my processing. Everything was smooth and easy. He also took the time to explain to me some of the stuffs around Jeju and driving around.

Pricing was good.

1. Given a car different from one I booked. 2. The car had empty fuel tank, with red warning light. 3. When questioned why empty tank, I was given a foolish verbal explanation by a man (a manager, I think, who is not a local Korean) that there is restriction by the Korean authorities in filling up rental cars. This is really insulting my intelligence, to say the least), just to find an excuse. 4. A requested for the car I booked weeks ago, with full fuel, but was told I need to wait for the car to be available when returned by user.!! 5. Finally after arguing, I was offered a bigger car, not of my choice, with slightly more than a quarter tank. 6. With no choice, I took this car which was difficult for me to drive, and costs me much more in fuel cost. 7. All in all, I had an unpleasant experience upon arrival at Tamra, and it ruined the start of my holiday in Jeju to some extent.
