Loved that they accepted the beginner’s credit card and still let us rent the car. The staff were really friendly, didn’t push any extra insurance at all, and clearly explained the extra charges for the Austrian highway vignette and driving across borders. Everything went smoothly on the trip, we were very happy with the whole experience.

They provided us with an almost brand-new Suzuki Swift (we expected an old car), only 5000 kilometers on it. The protective film had just been removed, and all functions were fully operational. The car was in excellent condition! The staff was very friendly and spoke slowly, knowing that our English wasn't very good. After we returned home, the rental deposit was also refunded quickly.
