Pickup counter is located at KLIA Terminal 1, but it was not clear on the Voucher. We had to figure out after reaching there that we need to travel to T1 using bus to pick-up. Took ~25-30mins to reach, and another 25-30mins for car pickup. The car provided was old, didnt have Apple Car Play or Android Auto.

I couldn't pick up the car at the reserved city center location in Penang. Hawk staff informed me that it was the agency's mistake, so I had to take a ride-hailing car to Penang Airport to get the car. They arranged and paid for the ride. (But I wasted time due to the pickup issue, please review what went wrong!)

Like: The supervisor was quite friendly and was very helpful. He tried to accommodate as much as possible.
Dislike: The place to register was seriously HOT. There's no fan or etc thus making the process to register and all a very bad place to be at.
