We arrived at Kiruna train station and found out that the pickup location was a taxi ride away. However, there were no taxis available due to heavy snow. We called the rental company and they came to pick us up without hesitation. It was like a godsend!

If your English is good, you'll have more experiences. My language skills are average, but everything went smoothly!

The rental procedure was simple, the car was in good condition, and returning the car was unbelievably easy. The car rental company's location was very convenient for travel. Excellent!

The car exceeded my expectations. I really like to use Hertz. Hertz is my preferred company for sure. Expensive because I normally arrive outside normal work hours, (wish it was a little cheaper then I could visit my cabin more often) but I always receive an excellent vehicle and the service is always excellent.

Ease of booking. Didn't notice any price drop. But I'm sure I had an upgrade of car.
