The car was great, just what I needed it. But I had some charges with the company about the airport taxes which it was included in the hired deal.

Very easy to handle and work with them. The help line was fast and useful.

Counter Staff was rude and utterly unprofessional. New terms and conditions were introduced and, to be precise, imposed at pick up (e.g. while 300/500 deposit was agreed in the booking made online, 1100 were held at pick up, not to mention other airport and operations fees not disclosed at booking stage). They also tried to sell an additional insurance policy of Eur 200+ - despite I made clear that I had already bought total coverage ("0 waiver") at booking stage. Needless to say, first and last time I rent from this company.

The whole process wasn't good. After I paid for your extra cover that meant nothing to the actual hirers and they wanted another 80 euros to cover again Plus a full tank on return. So your advertised price for car rental was not the price to pay all up. I didn't end up renting the car in the end and spent 9 hours in Jerez waiting for a bus.

Four days after my holiday they send me the invoice fo €30 because antenna was missing , very poor customer service , that think should be check with the customer or advise before rent . Never ever again with them , €30 from every customer that's good extra income for company

Long queue to collect the car and only one lady on the desk so it look a long time, but she was friendly and helpful.
