Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.

“Never again ! Routes staff hirea car with Enterprise for ideas on how it should be done”

It took two hours from arriving at the reception desk to driving away in the car and there was very little interest in our needs and mostly concern about their attempts to maximise vehicle use so we had to wait for a vehicle that had just been returned to be checked and cleaned - and not much of an apology

“Okay for low prices but don't expect good services.”

Gas tank wasn't full ... difficult to manage how much you need to fill before returning the vehicle. No enough staff ... have to wait for a long time. Parking lot is small and tight ... have challenges to drive in and out.

It took over an hour for us to be collected and then 40 minutes at the desk when we got there. The car I got was not what I ordered. It was a van, not an SUV. But that was the same for everyone. Nobody got what they asked for. Check in was hectic. The car was dirty and didn’t have a full tank. The website of Routes is not understandable.
