Picking up the car was very simple and convenient

The service was great. I filled in the wrong time when placing the order, so there was a slight wait, but the procedures were handled quickly.

It was a very smooth car rental experience. Although the battery died because I forgot to turn off the overhead light, the insurance company quickly provided free roadside assistance. Later, a motorcycle grazed the car leaving a small scratch, but there were no issues. I'm just puzzled why there was still a faint smell of durian in the trunk despite it being well-packed, almost resulting in a 5000 baht fine.

Thanks for the car. I had to drive without music (only FM at times). Bluetooth is not there in the card, usb cable was not detected for any of our phones. Others than that, nice experience.
