Extremely satisfied, the car was in great condition, the service was excellent, communication was timely, everything went very smoothly. A happy trip, renting a car is truly the best way to explore Langkawi, visited many beautiful spots on the island.

Great car rental experience. Kevin, a third-generation Chinese in Malaysia, was really nice. Our flight was delayed and we got the car at 8 PM, and he even upgraded us to a Toyota Vellfire. He did mention that if someone else booked it, we might have to switch cars later. But overall, it was a wonderful experience. We later switched to a brand-new Proton, with just over 1000 kilometers on it. Due to a delay in our sunset cruise by more than an hour, the rental company only charged us for an hour extra and even gave us a ride back to the hotel. The whole experience was excellent. By the way, gasoline is really cheap in Malaysia, about one-third of the price in our home country.
