Covid has made it difficult but the collecting process was fine even though short staff. Car got from A to B so all in all good experience.

The vehicle was in very poor condition, and after picking the car up I was shocked to realise it had done over 205,000 km which in my view is way beyond the useful life of an average car, let alone one a company is renting out (for a 9 day price that would probably go towards buying 50% of the car). The vehicle was so worn it lacked power in lower gears to the point it felt unsafe, and we were concerned there was a very high risk the vehicle could breakdown. We therefore used the vehicle a lot less than we had hoped to on our holiday. Overall this experience has left me thinking I would be highly unlikely to use this company in the future, or recommend it to anyone else.

At the desk agent asked for a printed copy of the contract. And not just showing confirmation on my phone. On returning the car on inspection was told there was new damage which was a small scuff on rear bumper. Which I didnt do. So was told to fill out a disclaimer. For which there would be a charge. So not a happy chappie.

The car was advertised as being available for collection in the airport terminal. It was not and we had to walk across a building site a car park to get to a random petrol station before waiting for a minibus which then took us to another location. This is completely unreasonable and 100% not what was advertised. I would like my money back as I never would have hired the car had I known it would take an hour to collect.
