Sudeep was very professional and friendly. Even with his limited English vocabulary, he was ablet to explain the key points of the rental process properly.

Counter staff could speak some english which was useful

If the trunk is bigger then its perfect.

The car given to me was better and spacious than I expected. The only fallback is I was required to add gasoline at a specified gas station. I would suggest that it let's us free to choose gas station as long as it is within 30 minutes before returning the car.

It is better to add option in the apps to allow pickup and return car at different location. Currently it only exists in web version.

Staff were nice but the car was very dirty you can see stain everywhere which it can easily remove by wet tissue. So I suggested them to clean before releasing to next customer. Pick up are for international flights may confuse to customer as we’re not sure that we get/the right direction to pick up the car.
