From start to finish, the staff and online customer service were very professional. Every detail was handled perfectly, exceeding our expectations! Special thanks to Mr. Yuan who assisted us during the car return; he patiently answered our questions and was very accommodating. Like: I was very satisfied with the price I received. For the vehicle I rented. I was a bit confused at first, on where to be for the pick up. This is an off airport site, location. It was a lot easier then I anticipated. I needed the car for a few extra hours and the added fee was fair, in my opinion. I will be back in July and i will use them again.
Dislike: I had a hard time understanding some of the conversation held over the phone.
