Overall very satisfied, they upgraded our car for free. The customer service was especially great, very attentive, answered all our questions, and confirmed many terms with us.

The service attitude was good, not overly enthusiastic.

We received larger vehicle from lot. Vehicle in poor condition. Brakes rattled, car quickly overheated driving in traffic, car felt as though it was not safe and needed to be serviced badly. When I contacted YESAWAY, they were unable to accommodate us unless we drove the 2.5 hour back to LA. Discussion about what was wrong with the car resulted in customer service agent stating that if something was wrong with the car, it was our fault since we drove it off the lot. Very disappointed in overall quality and service.

I have insurance with the credit card which is issued from Austria - so I couldn't get any document due to time difference to Los Angeles. In the 10 years, I have the card it's the first time that a car rental wanted proof. I paid insurance with easy rent cars, my credit card and at the rental company. I was the best-insured looser paying everybody. If you check the google maps reviews you will find out I wasn't the only one falling for this scheme. I guess It falls back to you when I have a voucher where stands I don't have to pay anything at the desk.
