Both pickup and return were convenient.

Very convenient, picking up and returning the car is right at the terminal entrance. The car model is great. I participated in the Ironman competition, and my bicycle could be easily placed in the trunk while my family could sit comfortably in the back. When picking up the car, I found a nail in the front tire. The staff responsibly took it to get the tire fixed before handing it over.

Like: Easy to book, get exactly what you hired and even had people meet me at the airport. So easy and efficient, will use again and again.
Dislike: Nothing!

Like: Petrol efficient and comfortable driving
Dislike: There are some faults with the car but the staff already informed beforehand professionally
