The vehicle exceeded expectations as we were upgraded to a larger size car at no extra expense. Staff were courteous and helpful though having to pay an extra charge for a late pickup due to flight cancellations was harsh especially as Aurcar was staying open due to the Xmas demand. The vehicle did have minor damage to a fender that required taping to reduce damage. This was not noted at pick up and no compensation was offered to me for out of pocket expenses for the special vehicle tape. Overall though a positive experience all round.

The booking process was relatively easy to use. Quick and efficient and offered a number of rental deals. Being Xmas the price protector was irrelevant as rentals are always going to be higher. This is the second time I’ve used EasyRentCars and both occasions have been positive.

Good car. Aucar staff check every dented to ensure customers are not victimised.

Their response is bad. I tried to call them to ask for the photos ofthe damaged part at the back of the van because I forgot to take photos. They said that I have to send email. I didn’t get any responses until now.

Like: The car close to brand new
Dislike: The car hirer can tell us upfront that there were non tolls road so that customers do not need to incur extra for the tolls

Like: The car itself was OK; picking-up the car was not OK due to incorrect information provided by Easyrentcars.
Dislike: The information about pick-up and drop-off provided by Easyrentcars was not correct. It was difficult to understand over the phone correct information when you are in the airport with all announcements, crying children etc. Had to phone three times to get all needed information.
