There was a long wait time to get the car key after the registration is complete. None of the staff cared about telling how long it is going to take to give the key.

Yes, I must agree that Routes YVR provides excellent rates as compared with other competitors in market. That's the reason they're people thrive at their location. But but but.. their front office staff is really very pathetic. They treat customers as if we've taken million $ credit from them. Entire staff is so rude that I don't have words to define it. I don't expect them to always have a smiling face but expect them to be polite. If they don't love their job, just quit and let right people manage it. I booked an intermediate car and they gave me Jeep Wrangler. Whooping it's mileage is just 8 kms/litre in city.

The pick up took 2 hours and 10 phone calls. No one gave me a solution and left me waiting outside from 9pm to 11pm after landing . The office people kept apologizing but didn’t solve my issue. I waited a fair time for pick up but some other folks said they’d been waiting almost 40 mins to be picked up by the shuttle. I would now only use your service when I expect to have tons of time.
