Experience was good though lady at counter was rude and have to change the car as initial one was damaged . Over all god experience . Money was refunded with in stipulated time

The car had mechanical issues which cannot be identified by the visual inspection upon first receiving the keys - the left front wheel had a major vibration and rattling noise when driving between 30-40 km/h. The car was not clean - windows all round were greasy and dirty, boot lining was muddy. The counter staff had very average service - all necessary paperwork is done but it felt like they all rather not be working on both days of picking up and dropping off the keys.

Took me 45 mins to rent a car . The car I had asked for was not available so I was given a small car. The parking is on 9th floor which takes 10 mins more to pick and drop. No after hour service or drop off option

Should have a provision for paying tolls. Vehicle was in a condition for oil service and shown a warning for that.

Many problems with the car, the car has a half empty fuel tank when I first got it, and the inside of the car was filthy, the boot door didn't lock when locking the car.
