I was very pleasantly surprised with Routes. After reading some of the reviews, I confess having had some concerns but I found the whole process to be a very good and easy one. My checkout clerk did an exceptional job and was overbearing with requirements like I had expected. The check-in process was also very easy. The only challenge is that two rental shuttles are necessary to get there- but I was not in a hurry, so this was not a problem.

Easyrent cars found me a great deal in a market that was very expensive otherwise. It almost seemed like the deal was too good to be true ($200 less than the nearest competitor) yet it was very true with no surprises. Glad to have used them and will do so again in the future.

Car was great, fast service, but the customer service at the pickup lacked friendliness and warmth. Appreciate not being upsold.

THE STAFF LACKED TRAINING IN ALL ASPECTS OF AUTO RENTAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS OBVIOUS THEY HATED THEIR JOBS AND CUSTOMERS.

They upgraded our car to a Jeep Wrangler. It was great!

Like: The experience from Routes was overall good and a good value. We def enjoyed popping the top on our Wrangler rental.
