The service personnel were very satisfactory, they answered calls promptly, and followed up on accidents in a timely manner. The car had been cleaned and was very tidy, but it was old with some scratches and dents. The left front bumper was slightly detached initially, and since we had an accident ourselves, the previous damage was attributed to us.

The car was very new, the staff were very friendly and detailed. It was a perfect trip. I will definitely choose you again for future travels abroad.
