Extremely satisfied

Very good service. Especially when we returned the car an hour late, they didn't charge us for an extra day. Originally, we reserved a Polo, but they upgraded us to a high-end EV version of the Yaris instead, which included features like lane departure warning, emergency collision avoidance, and a rearview camera. The car was also easy to drive, though on the last day the tire pressure was low, so we went to a gas station and refilled it ourselves.

Very satisfied. Penalties for damages are extremely strict.

Very satisfied, the staff speaks English and French well. If needed, they patiently use translation software to communicate. Highly commendable!
