The entire process was very smooth and efficient, and the staff at Enterprise were very friendly.

I rented an Audi A3 but got a Golf instead. The space was more than sufficient, and the car was fairly new and clean with just over 15,000 kilometers. It was very comfortable to drive. Over 10 days, I drove a total of 3,200 kilometers and spent 2,600 yuan on fuel. Gas prices in Germany and the Netherlands were quite high, over 2 units, but in France and Switzerland, they were significantly cheaper, at just over 1 unit. It's truly fascinating.

The service staff, Beckham, was excellent. They were very welcoming, efficient, and overall great.

Alamo's pre-authorization amount is set very high, but the staff tried to lower the threshold or offer other solutions. Although it took a long time to finally get the car, I am relatively satisfied with the staff's service.

Only issue with car was that cleanser used prior to our rental was pretty strong and bothered my wife who is sensitive to strong smells.

All went well.
