Excellent service

The staff were very enthusiastic.

Car was good. Staff was good. Pick-up at klia2 to klia1 was good , and vice versa. Best if they could set-up a office at klia2 for those who lands at klia2. Just a suggestion

For KLIA , there was no option to choose between klia1 & 2.

Was replace with an old Toyota Innova even though the booking picture show is a new Toyota Innova. The car has gear and brake problem.

Wish there is a way the car rental company will provide the actual car or similar new condition based on the booking made.

The car that I ordered wasn't available at that moment and the customer service is kindly upgraded me to the next level which is very nice. Car is very clean and in great conditions. Process is very easy and very smooth except in their system it didn't register that I already pre-purchase full all inclusive insurance and they asked me if I want to denied the insurance. But once I show the proof everything is good to go.
