Amazing price, car was fine, process was a bit confusing.

We switched to another car halfway through, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Both pickup and return processes were quick without any upselling. A very cost-effective company.

Although I ordered a 4 door car, the desk staff upgraded me to a nicer SUV for free when they saw the luggage my group had brought, which was very much appreciated. They answered the phone quickly when I needed to speak to them and the instructions on pick up / drop off were precise.

The Booking was easy to make. The price drop option worked which was nice.

The customers are traveling and need the aide of automatic doors when handling luggage.

It's always easy to book on this site. I wish there were more coupons offered.

Shuttle experience was a bit challenging, but overall Routes was awesome

Routes offered the cheapest option to rent in the O'hare area. There was a shuttle that went from the rental car area to Routes itself. Be prepared for the additional 10-15 minute wait. Once everyone who was on the shuttle gets to Routes, the line takes a while to die down. It took me about 20 minutes to get to the counter once I arrived. They also charged $400 as a security deposit which I was not aware of at the time. Besides the wait, I would still use Routes for business car rental for the price and availability.

Smooth process, reservation was confirmed quickly. Would use again!
