Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR

Very shift people, gave me a big car with terrible cigarette smell then swap that car for big SUV, which is not my use. they push you to get what ever they have regardless of what you have booked. car looks good outside but inside dust and stain/sticky steering wheels, seats, door handle etc.

Like: The car itself was OK; picking-up the car was not OK due to incorrect information provided by Easyrentcars.
Dislike: The information about pick-up and drop-off provided by Easyrentcars was not correct. It was difficult to understand over the phone correct information when you are in the airport with all announcements, crying children etc. Had to phone three times to get all needed information.
