The car was well below par.. as mentioned earlier, it appears it was a car that had come in for repairs and was being loaed out.

“Great rates for a functional and clean car”

Cheaper rental rates, but dont expect the newest car. Nonetheless, vehicle was very well maintained, very clean, and functioned perfectly during our trip. Served its purpose.

Smooth booking as always. However, the price drop protector is set a little too low, and did not trigger when prices dropped. best to manually check.

A little bit of confusion on the pick up location (in part due to the strange airport pick-up kerb layout), other than that the whole process went smoothly. For anyone that speaks Chinese, they have staff whole speak Mandarin.

“Cheap but rip of fees”

Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap
