The car was well below par.. as mentioned earlier, it appears it was a car that had come in for repairs and was being loaed out.

The store was very busy when I went to pick up the car, but it was well managed and the staff were very friendly. By the time I got to pick up my car, the originally booked model was no longer available. After negotiating, the store manager upgraded me to a Porsche Cayenne for a small additional fee. After returning the car, I carelessly left my wallet in the car. Even though the staff had finished work, they delivered it to my hotel at around 11 PM and firmly refused to accept any service fee. Encountering such a good company and warm service in a foreign country, along with the beautiful scenery of Australia, made it all very worth it. I strongly recommend Aucar.

“Cheap but rip of fees”

Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap

“The condition of the car is great at great price value.”

Like: The affordable price of the car is the major factor and the condition of the car is wonderful. The seats were comfortable for long distance traveling and I have no complains. Best car I have hired so far.
Dislike: The attitude of some staff was not friendly, whereas the one that receive the car from us is very nice.
