Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, the vehicle was in great condition, and the staff were the most accommodating. They were patient, enthusiastic, and helped resolve various issues. Highly recommend this car rental company.

I would like to thank Sherene for the excellent service and fast response.

Qeeq is great for its user friendly platform

We had a stress free pick up and drop off staff were very helpful even though we arrived early they arranged to meet us.

Booking on Internet was easy and stressless

they said it will have a guy holding the name card just outside of the arrival hall, PLEASE do remember to have a phone number in malaysia, or at least have a wifi or using their SIM card there, and get contact by using whatsapp or something like that. it was a terrible experience that i gave them the flight number and when I go out, no one there, try to find anybody looks like picking up customer, but no use. need to contact them by phone, and they did come to the airport, but stay outside of it, if just sending whatsapp might cause you a lot of time, but if you don't have a phone, this is the only way you can do, unless you don't need the car.

hope that the detail shown in your confirmation are correct, as I didn't see anybody waiting for me outside with a name card.

Bob was on time and very helpful. On the third day we left the key inside while taking our toddler's stroller and the car autolock kicked in. Bob managed to help at no extra cost. Thank you.
