Overall, pretty good. The car provided was a Ford Kuga hybrid, drove 700 kilometers, fuel consumption estimated at 6 liters per 100 kilometers. However, shortly after picking up the car, a low tire pressure warning for the front right tire popped up, though the actual readings matched the other tires. The warning light also turned on, which made me worry there might be issues when returning the car. Fortunately, nothing was mentioned afterward.

I forgot to bring the notarized copy of my driver's license when picking up the car, but the staff let us take a photo and send it via email. They were very patient. They explained the insurance, but I mentioned that I had already purchased it in my home country, so they didn't push for it further. We added a second driver, which cost an additional 7 euros per day, but crossing borders didn't incur extra fees. We didn't wash the car before returning it, and it was a bit dirty, but they didn't charge a cleaning fee. The inspection was very quick. Another car in our group had a minor accident, and we received the damage report via email within a day, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.
