When we picked up our luggage, we called the rental company, and a staff member drove a shuttle bus to pick us up. The pick-up point was easy to find following the instructions. The rental company is located a bit farther from the airport, but the car rental procedures were very quick, and they even upgraded us to a nearly new Mitsubishi Outlander! It was truly surprising. This car accompanied us on our three-day Great Ocean Road trip. When returning the car, the process was equally quick, and they also dropped us off at the airport.
