Very good service. Especially when we returned the car an hour late, they didn't charge us for an extra day. Originally, we reserved a Polo, but they upgraded us to a high-end EV version of the Yaris instead, which included features like lane departure warning, emergency collision avoidance, and a rearview camera. The car was also easy to drive, though on the last day the tire pressure was low, so we went to a gas station and refilled it ourselves.

The service is satisfactory.

The staff at the pickup location was very nice, quietly and quickly handling the paperwork. He asked about insurance, and after I declined, the process continued smoothly. The cross-border fees were waived, which I truly appreciated! When returning the car, the store staff had already left, so I dropped the car key into Hertz's self-service return box. The car was parked about 30 meters ahead of the store, in the corner of a used-car parking lot.

The reserved Mercedes was unavailable, but they provided a Lexus of the same class. The car was very new and fully equipped. Excellent experience.
