Very satisfied. The staff was very patient, and upon learning that we would mainly be driving in Switzerland, they swapped our car on the spot for a slightly larger Lexus LBX hybrid, which was very fuel-efficient for mountain roads.

It's always better to choose a major rental company and buy full insurance, as it makes problem resolution easier. On our first day, we didn't notice the car's tire was damaged until the evening. After contacting QEEQ, we went to the rental company the next day and directly swapped for a new car. The process was easy, and we didn’t even need to visit the counter; we just took the new car from the parking lot.

Hertz's service in Switzerland has always been good. The only downside was that the car window got smashed when parked on the street in Montreux the next day. When we drove to Lausanne to change cars, there was no equivalent model available, and no discount was explained at that time. We had to send an email after the fact to find out how much cheaper it would be. Additionally, in the rush to swap the car (with broken windows and glass everywhere inside), we didn't fill up the gas tank. We had only used a quarter of the gas, but they charged nearly a full tank when settling the bill, which was quite unreasonable given the circumstances.
