Simple service

Very satisfied. When I placed the order, I selected an Outlander, but at the rental location, they provided a Highlander instead. The car was very new with less than 50,000 kilometers on the odometer. It had heating and cooling air conditioning, phone charging ports, and was a fuel-efficient hybrid. The 4WD had plenty of power. The rental company also informed me in advance about a minor flaw on the car window. Returning the car was smooth; they just checked the car's condition, and that was it. Overall, very satisfied.

The introduction is very detailed and includes brochures.

The car gas tank was not full and the passenger side door did not open from the inside.

1 day+ before picking up the car, I tried to change the booking to add an extra day thru the website. It allowed me to go thru the details and gave the cost differential but then asked me to call the customer support to make the change. When I called the customer support in Singapore they informed me that I could not make the change even though I had paid extra to make my reservation flexible.
