The vehicle was quite old and had unusual noises. It had already been driven for over 230,000 kilometers. The most unsatisfactory aspect was the lack of front and rear parking cameras, and even more unacceptable was the absence of rear parking sensors.

When we collected the car at Bangkok Airport it was tightly parked between 2 other cars and the light was very poor...as a result a few of the existing little dings and scratches were not noticed and so not noted on the hire inspection report. I was relieved that none of these missed points became an issue at the offhire...although I did have my own hire pics which would have helped incase of a dispute.so all in all very fair and most importantly not opportunistic.

Everything went smoothly, didn’t wait too long for the car to arrive. Drop off a little confusing but more to do with the airport and the way thai’s park than to do with the rental company. Man arrived quickly to check the car. Would use again without hesitation.
