The service personnel were very satisfactory, they answered calls promptly, and followed up on accidents in a timely manner. The car had been cleaned and was very tidy, but it was old with some scratches and dents. The left front bumper was slightly detached initially, and since we had an accident ourselves, the previous damage was attributed to us.

Extremely satisfied. At around 3:00-4:00 AM, the staff proactively contacted me. We waited for our luggage for almost half an hour, and they waited there too with a very good attitude! When returning the car, it was busy, but the staff's attitude was still very good and they even drove us to the hotel. The service was impeccable and I am very satisfied! we got a car with smell smoke so strong. The staff informed us if we return with smell then they will charge us 5000 THB but why didn’t staff check the car before hand to the customer. Pick up car process also took long tike compare to another company.

Car was excellent...and there was no hassle while picking up of car and dropping off. however the security deposit of 10000THB has not yet been refunded by yesaway. They said within 30 days of drop off money will be refunded and we did the same on 9th october. Its 11th November now and there is no sign of refund.

Caters for Chinese customers. Car provided was a bit old with more than 70k on the clock. Normally this would have been OK but unfortunately it seems the car did not receive enough tender, love and care. So I felt it could fail at anytime which is not what you want with a hire car.
