The car model provided was not the same as the one reserved, and they did not inform me at the time of pickup. Since I needed to cross the border after picking up the car, I researched extensively and found this company to be relatively convenient and capable of meeting the cross-border requirements. Overall, the experience was good, and the process was relatively efficient.

Pretty good. Registration at the airport counter and car pickup at the parking lot counter. Both required some waiting time. The vehicle condition was average, and there was no upselling. Remember to take photos and videos when picking up the car. Upon returning the car, a slight scratch was found on the tailgate, but luckily I had video evidence proving it was already there when I picked up the car. Everything else went smoothly. Around a week after returning the car, the pre-authorization for toll fees was canceled.

Overall, quite satisfied. Just waiting to see how the deposit refund goes.
